The Absurd Report

Greetings once again from the Headquarters For West Texas Unsophisticated Voting Conclusion Jumping Gun Loving Jingoistic Conspiratorial Speculators.

FIrst let me wish everyone, particularly former and present members of every branch of the United States Military, a HAPPY VETERAN’S DAY.

I would also like to wish a Happy 234TH Birthday to the United States Marine Corps. Actually yesterday was the actual date of the founding of the Marine Corps.

POLITICAL CORRECTNESS:

I believe you all know my strong feelings against political correctness. It is really a shame that a tragedy such as the terrorist attack at Ft. Hood, Texas had to occur to call attention to this absurd madness which has become to be known as “Political Correctness”.

I am by no means a military expert and although I have read many e-mail reports and watched and listened to many news and opinion programs I have pretty well made up my mind that our country has gone over the edge in this area of “Political Correctness”.

On the day of this terrorist attack which cost the lives of 13 Americans as well as wounding almost 30 more (the count seems to change on the number of wounded), some reporters, some military personnel, and of course every liberal/socialist hack able to voice their opinion, were unable to call this what it was. A terrorist attack committed by a Radical Muslim Terrorist..

Just a short while after the attack I listened to a telephone interview of an individual identified as a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel. This man, who knew the terrorist, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, told the interviewer that Hasan had been observed to have problems even prior to his transfer to Fort Hood. This man said that he had personally called Hasan down on some of his statements and tactics used when counseling personnel returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

The evening of the Ft. Hood terrorist murders, Retired Lt. Colonel Ralph Peters appeared on the Bill O’Reilly program on FOX News. While Bill O’Reilly was taking the low road and not forming an opinion “Until all the facts are in”, Colonel Peters called it exactly what it was, “A TERRORIST ATTACK”. FOX News contributor Bernard Goldberg also called it a terrorist attack perpetrated by a Radical Muslim Terrorist.

I was unable to finish watching the O’Reilly Factor when also appearing with his two cents on the matter was that great American Patriot, Geraldo Rivera. Of course Geraldo echoed the feelings of most liberals/socialists when he related that the thing which really concerned him most was the negative effect that this incident was going to have on the 4,000,000 other American Muslims. Apparently Geraldo didn’t feel much concern for the families of the dead Americans or for the wounded and their families. Perhaps Geraldo’s liberal whining attitude is responsible for me occasionally being seized by an urge to knock him on his ass.

Now in all fairness to O’Reilly ( who I imagine is still waiting for all the facts to come to the attention of “The Factor”) and that wimpy varmint Geraldo, I must also reflect back on a statement which I heard come from the mouth of Army Chief of Staff, General George W.Casey. Actually he made a couple of statements which I found incredible. The First: I would hate to think that we “dropped the ball” on this. DROPPED THE BALL? Then on the day of the ceremony at Ft. Hood I saw a film clip of General Casey lamenting the possibility that this incident could “Damage the Diversity” of the present military. DAMAGE THE DIVERSITY?

I will say that the remarks made by President Barack Hussein Obama at the ceremony were at best “Generic”. Not once did I hear him use the terms terrorist or terrorism. An while I do not know exactly what the “Presidential Medals” look like, those being the medals placed beneath the photographed of each of the slain Americans, but I thought that was a fairly lame presentation. I wish I could have believed that President Obama was actually sincere about this ceremony, but I seem to remember that almost immediately after the terrorist attack occurred, President Barack Hussein Obama cautioned us not to “Jump to any conclusions”. My thoughts immediately went to Obama’s conclusion jumping example when he immediately took the side of a black professor over the Cambridge Police Department who he accused of “Acting STUPIDLY”.

Then of course O’Reilly told us that we must wait until all the facts were known prior to forming an opinion.

And of course General Casey cautioned us against “Speculation”.

Well in deference to Obama, O’Reilly and O’Casey, I believe I have a right to form an opinion based upon what we know at the present time. I must tell all three of these people that while I have been to the top of the San Jacinto Monument on at least 7 occasions, I have never jumped. BUT, I still have formed an opinion as to what the results of jumping from the top of that monument would be.

Some friends of mine and I went hunting for Russian Wild Boar several years back. Each of us got a wild boar. Three of them weighed over 300 pounds and two of them were between 250 – 300 pounds. They were incredibly fast, they all had large tusks and when they charged us, I didn’t have all the facts at my disposal as to what would be the results of not shooting them. HOWEVER, I had enough to know that shooting them was the proper action to take.

Today, I have been watching, hearing and reading all kinds of things regarding this Nidal Malik Hasan investigation and in my humble opinion it looks like we perhaps might have “The Blame Game” in full session. I would imagine that we will have many agencies, civilian and military, attempting to dodge any blame and re-directing the blame to anyone who will hold still for it.

I don’t care who “DROPPED THE BALL”, but it is fairly obvious that someone damn sure did. And I submit that the ball needs to be picked up and put away securely and at the same time, kick political correctness right in the ass and out the door. I am not quite sure what my attitude would be if I were a present member of our military. But I imagine that I would be wanting some straight answers and pretty damn quick.

I also have seen several interviews with the attorney representing the terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan. Of course this attorney says that he is not sure that Hasan can receive a fair trial in the Ft. Hood area.

I do not know but I would almost believe that since this occurred on a military base and the victims were members of the U.S. Military and the terrorist defendant was also a member of the U.S. Military that he would be tried in a Military Court. BUT if that is not the case then I imagine that he could be transferred to almost any county in the State of Texas (Other than Travis or Harris: For those of you residing in the People’s Republic of San Francisco those are the counties of Austin and Houston). Move it to, shall we say, Comanche County. I’m sure he would receive the trial he deserved in that good city of Comanche, Texas.

And before I forget I have heard a couple of interviews with obvious liberals/socialists on different radio stations, where these astute folks have said that the reason for this attack at Ft. Hood was: “America’s love for guns”. For some unknown reason I am overcome with an uncontrollable urge to choke these turds until their eyes bug out. That would be immediately after I kick Geraldo in the backside.

I also heard one interview with a doctor who had attended schools with Nidal Malik Hasan. This man said that he had heard Hasan make statements that “Sharia Law” took precedence over the United States Constitution.

So, in spite of the wishes of President Barack Hussein Obama, General Casey and Bill O’Reilly, I will SPECULATE and JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS. I leave this subject with this final thought: While I do not possess enough evidence against Major Nidal Malik Hasan to convict him “Beyond A Reasonable Doubt”, I damn sure have enough PROBABLE CAUSE to form an opinion that he is a terrorist and he committed a terrorist attack and that I further don’t give the first damn about the DIVERSITY of the military.

What I do care about is that we have dedicated men and women who are members of our military and further that they have the training and equipment and LEADERSHIP to perform their duties with the support of the American people AND our elected officials. AND they should be able to do their duty and support the Constitution of the United States without fear of retribution for violating some idiotic political correctness guideline.

In listening to all this bellowing, whining, and lying regarding the new Universal Health Care ala Pelosi, one thing which jumped out at me was the fact that “Pre-Existing Conditions” would not be considered in the act of insuring anyone. Now I would like a show of hands of everyone who believes that load-o-crap. If this becomes the norm then why should anyone buy insurance of any kind until you need it or if you subscribe to the idiotic Pelosi bill, after you need it.

If this is the case then wait until a family member dies and then purchase a life insurance policy on them. Or if you decide to bet on a sporting event, wait until you know the outcome prior to placing your bet. Makes perfect sense to me.

As I understand it, and you cannot get the same answer from any of the democrat mutts, the length of this Health Care Legislation passed a couple of days back by the House of Representatives was 1,993 pages. I looked at a copy of War And Peace and it was about 1400 pages in length; My Oxford Large Print Dictionary and Thesaurus is 1272 pages; I have a book titled; Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance Of The Bible/Dictionary Of The Hebrew Bible/Dictionary Of The Greek Testament with the total pages being 1,323. I could go on but the point is, NONE of the people who voted to pass this garbage legislation actually read the bill.

The Senate needs to kill this absurd bill despite the badgering of President Barack Hussein Obama AND former President Bill Clinton.

Good news! D.C. sniper, John Allen Muhammud was executed in Virginia. Virginia is doing plenty good this month. KIcked out the Democrat Governor and executed a mass murderer.

Let’s also hear it for Texas. Texas also executed a Houston murderer and also a Schleicher County jury convicted FLDS mutt Raymond Merrill Jessop on a sexual abuse charge against his ninth wife (That would be his ninth wife while still being married to eight others). Good ol’ Raymond was sentenced to 10 years and fined $8,000.00

I saw a film clip of Nancy Pelosi in 2003 whining about being forced to vote on legislation which she HAD NOT HAD TIME TO READ. Guess it just all depends on who is pushing the legislation, huh Bug-Eye?

Then she recently said that she hoped that the Congress had a bill in time for it to be a Christmas Present to the AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Tell you what Nancy. Stuff the bill and just give us back our country.

Yesterday I received a letter through the U.S. Mail. The card said: “The U.S. Congress has made available up to $20,000 in Federal Home Improvement Program funds. Just complete the enclosed form”. Well the form would have been almost impossible to fill out since I shredded it. So I did the next best thing and ran the letter through the shredder.

I heard one news report saying that this new House Health Care Bill had some language in it which would require restaurants of a certain size to publish the calories and food value information on their menu.

Let me share this thought with you, when I get the urge to have a Chili-Cheese-Dog, I don’t give a damn about the calories OR the food value. Same goes with a Pack Saddle Double Meat Cheese Burger (Which incidentally might be the best on the planet).
