The Absurd Report

Greetings from the West Texas Headquarters for the Vast Right Wing Conspiratorial Smear Machine. Well another week has come to pass and finally this morning I was listening to the radio and heard that one of the major polls has John McCain ahead of Barack Hussein Obama by five points. Now that might not sound like much but it is better than it has been up to this point. I am pretty well convinced that Barack Hussein Obama’s little European trip and his pitiful showing on the Saddleback question and answer session with Pastor Rick Warren might have had something to do with the swing in the polls.

Now I did not watch the complete Saddleback program from beginning to end but I did manage to switch back and forth and have caught quite a bit of it on video replay. There were so many areas in which Barack Hussein Obama looked pitifully weak that I could spend all day re-hashing them but let me just point out a couple.

Warren asked a fairly simple question: “At what point does a baby get human rights, IN YOUR VIEW? Now for those of you residing in the “People’s Republic of San Francisco”, I have underlined a key part of the question. “IN YOUR VIEW.” That would indicate that the Pastor was wanting Barack Hussein Obama’s personal opinion on the question. But what was Barack Hussein Obama’s answer? “Well, I think that whether you are looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is above my pay grade.”

Wait a minute! Above his pay grade? His opinion might be wrong but he still must have an opinion. The Pastor was not asking him in any perspective other than to state his own personal opinion. Is this what the American public wants in the White House? A President who when asked a question regarding his own personal opinion is going to answer with, “It’s above my pay grade”? I don’t think so. As a matter of fact, I believe that he is being way overpaid for his service in the U.S. Senate if this is as decisive as he can get. God help us all if this clown gets elected.

Ah, but it didn’t stop there. How about this question? “What’s the most gut wrenching decision you’ve ever had to make?” Once again, minus a tele prompter, the world’s most intelligent and articulate human came up with this: Obama answered that opposing the war in Iraq was, “As tough a decision that I’ve had to make, not only because there were political consequences but also because Saddam Hussein was a bad person and there was no doubt he meant America ill.” Sounds pretty good huh? The only problem is that I do not recall very many State Senates who were consulted for permission to go to war with Iraq. And that is what would have had to have been the case, since at the time, Barack Hussein Obama was an Illinois State Senator. So it looks like Barack Hussein Obama has a bit of a problem telling the truth.

And while I don’t have the exact quotes, in one of Barack Hussein Obama’s responses had to do with “Showing Humility” when confronting evil. Once again, he showed just exactly what a weak leader he is and would continue to be. The truth of the matter is fairly simple; Barack Hussein Obama would have made an excellent British Prime Minister prior to World War II. Once again for those of you who reside in the “Freedom Loving Worker’s Province of Austin” this is not a compliment. What I am saying is that Barack Hussein Obama, just like former British Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlain, is an appeaser. And an appeaser, as Winston Churchill put it so well, “is one who feeds the crocodile hoping it will eat him last.”

How well do you really believe that an appeaser like Barack Hussein Obama could deal with Vladimir Putin? This old former KGB Agent would eat Obama for lunch, once he grew tired of making a complete fool out of him. The point being, this country cannot afford to elect a weak appeaser as its President during these tough times. With Russia acting just as they did in post World War II Europe, with a President like Barack Hussein Obama it would not be long before Eastern Europe would be back in the same shape as during the cold war. It is fairly obvious that we cannot depend upon the European countries of France, Germany, Spain, Belgium or, and I hate to say it England, to do what is right. The Eastern European countries are the only ones who seem willing to stand up to Russia. With Obama being a pure candy ass, can’t you just imagine the caliber of people he would have in his cabinet?

Let me take a break for a moment from speaking about the world’s most intelligent and articulate human and touch fairly quickly on some Olympic stuff. Of course like most Americans, I was really happy to see swimmer Michael Phelps come in first in every event he entered. I watched each of them live. Let us also not forget that in several of those events he received some exceptional help from his team mates. So when I hear some MSNBC Squack make the statement that Michael Phelps is the greatest athlete who has ever lived, I want to burst into flames. I do think that Michael is certainly the best swimmer I have ever seen, in person. But keep in mind that back in the 1920s, Johnny Weismuller set some individual swimming records which lasted well into the 1950s.

All of these greatest athlete lists are fine to talk about and fine for us all to have an opinion about but in the long run, this is really not something of Biblical proportions. A friend of mine pulled up a list off MSN of the greatest athletes of all times and here it is:

Now I believe that Michael Jordan is perhaps the best basketball player I have ever seen
I believe that Muhammed Ali might have been the best boxer I have ever seen
Wayne Gretzky is surely the best hockey player I have ever seen.

The rest with a couple of exceptions are arguable. But in my opinion, when you speak of great athletes you must consider how great they were as an all around athlete. When you do that, there are two who stand out;

Jim Brown and Jim Thorpe. Of course we have all heard of Jim Thorpe in football, baseball and track and he excelled in all of them. But just look at former NFL running back Jim Brown. While Brown never competed in the Olympics, as a college athlete he participated and lettered in the following sports:

So in my opinion saying that Michael Phelps is the greatest athlete of all times is being most charitable to Mr. Phelps.

One quick last word on the present Olympics. Usain Bolt of Jamaica set world records in both the 100 meter and 200 meter events. And from what I saw he did it fairly easily. MSNBC should never be allowed to televise anything. They have the absolute lamest bunch of idiots in their employ. I won’t even get into Chris Matthews or Keith Olberman but during the Olympics they have seen fit each day to bring us an hour long program giving us the updates on the day’s events. This idiotic show is hosted by a really pretty lady here in the U.S. studios. But on the scene in China they have Jenna,(Something or other) and Tiki Barber. This show is completely insulting and since Tiki Barber left the N.Y. Giants and upon announcing his retirement in mid-season further made statements that the Giants would never win a Super Bowl with Eli Manning as quarterback. HEY TIKI!!! Who won the Super Bowl last season? Anyway this is a stupid program and it is apparent to me that this Jenna broad is more interested in looking cute for Tiki than she is in reporting the Olympic news.

Everyone keep their eyes on what is going on in the Russian invasion of Georgia. I believe that it is a sign of things to come in Eastern Europe. Who will be next? Incidentally, when I hear a report that a “Cease Fire Agreement” has been signed, I just naturally assume that both sides of the conflict have agreed to stop shooting. Not necessarily the case in the Russia/Georgia conflict. Georgia ceases fire and Russia continues their aggression. As I said earlier, our country cannot afford to have a weak appeaser as our leader and having to depend on him to be strong against Vladimir Putin.

Also this week I heard on one news report that Colin Powell will be a speaker at the Democrat Convention in Denver. Yes, this is the same Colin Powell that was our Secretary of State under President George W. Bush. And the funny thing is, I have been saying for years that Colin Powell was a complete closet liberal and should not be trusted. I have even heard some suggest this mutt as John McCain’s running mate. Anyway at one point in time the mainstream media and the black community was calling him an “Uncle Tom”. But now, he is “Colin the Magnificent.” Well my opinion of him has not changed. It is exactly what it was when he was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs during the first George H.W. Bush administration.

Here is a little question you have to ask yourself. Why does anyone on the planet listen to or care about what Geraldine Ferraro has to say about ANYTHING?
