Hillary Clinton’s Nuclear Option

The American Thinker had an article by Ned Barnett in which he suggested that the reason Hillary Clinton is hanging in there is because she is she’s waiting — and hoping for — an Obama scandal that will make Reverend Wright look like a footnote.
Hillary’s “nuclear option” — in effect, using surrogates to nuke Senator Obama so thoroughly that they will create that Obama Can’t Win scandal out of what is already out there.
He listed five possibilities in his article:

- Comb the archives of Trinity Church for a DVD that shows both Reverend Wright making yet one more of his offensively over-the-top statements … and showing Senator Obama in the congregation, listening to his preacher. Senator Obama skirted responsibility for Wright, in part, by claiming that “I never heard him say that.” Prove this defense wrong and it will not only tie Obama to Wright, but will paint him as a lying politician, and one not particularly adept at lying.
- Comb sources for home video of a speech that Senator Obama gave in conjunction with unrepentant Weatherman domestic terrorist Bill Ayres, and in this way, tie Senator Obama more tightly to this radical who’s helped to kill Americans on American soil. Senator Obama has persuaded the media that he and Ayres are just neighbors, but video that would show them sharing a platform as allies could shake that excuse — and Obama’s credibility. With such a thin track record, the hope he is offering the Party and the American voters rests on a thin reed of credibility.
- Assuming that Tony Rezko is found guilty in his fraud trial, find some way to pressure prosecutors to offer Tony Rezko a sentencing deal in exchange for offering incriminating testimony that will tie Senator Obama far more closely to this shady political fund-raiser (currently in the midst of a bribery trial). The Rezko story has been largely overlooked by the media. Few voters understand the nature of the Rezko/Obama connection. But this Chicago politics as usual story of sordid minor-league corruption will further shake the Senator’s image of electability.
- Push forward another story that has been largely ignored by the media: Senator Obama’s radically permissive position favoring “birth control abortions,” on-demand, for minors, and his related view that babies, including his own future grandchildren, are “punishments.” As explained in American Thinker - one of the very few political media which even noted this statement - in late March, Senator Obama said:
“Look, I got two daughters - nine years old and six years old. I am going to teach them first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby.”
This is a position that would prove widely unpopular among moderate “values” Democrats and most independents in a general election with a pro-life candidate, this issue could be a political deal-breaker.
- Comb Senator Obama’s voting record in the Senate and in the Illinois legislature and find every issue he’s voted for (or against) that - if the vote were known - would make moderate Democrats and Independents uncomfortable with the Senator. Where possible, find video showing Senator Obama advocating these politically extreme or unpopular positions, making it hard for the Senator to deny that he was “in the pew” when those issues came up for consideration.
SideBear: I suggest that there could be a sixth possibility that has been out there on the internet recently that will ignite the fuse of the “Nuclear Option.”
Is BHO is leading a secret life of homosexuality and drug use?… and trying to hide it?
SINCE he is one of three people who will probably be the next President of the United States and the most powerful person in the world, my concerns are valid, let me explain.
Basic human nature would lead him to trying to cover-up this behavior to save his family from the embarrassment and his own ass. Once you go down the road of lying to cover-up it becomes a never ending string of lies to cover-up the previous lies. He would be susceptible to blackmail which would influence decisions made by his office.
This is not a matter about sexual orientation and I could care less if he was AC/DC if he was just an average citizen, but he is not; it is a matter of a possible cover-up as it relates to National Security.
So here is what I know and you judge for yourself…

I am very curious about this…but in no way am I saying that I have any proof that these allegations are true. I am mostly curious as to why none of these allegations have been addressed by Obama and why no one in the national media has even questioned Barack Obama about this; because Bill Clinton was absolutely trashed during his first Presidential run and he answered the questions…albeit somewhat dishonestly…and then moved forward toward the victory.
Larry Sinclair, a confessed drug dealer who happens to declare that he is a homosexual as well (not that there is anything wrong with that…seriously) has come out with some pretty explosive allegations against Barack Obama that if they are in fact true…would not go over very well with the white, lower to middle class voters that Barack Obama said he can win over in the general election! Sinclair is saying that he and Barack Obama had sexual relations with one another in the back of his limousine and in a hotel room back in November of 1999…at the same time that Barack Obama was serving the state of Illinois as a state senator. Larry Sinclair is also claiming that Barack Obama obtained crack cocaine for himself and some powdered cocaine for Sinclair.
While Obama has detailed some of his past drug use in the recent books that he has had published like “Audacity of Hope” and “Dreams of My Father“, he describes those times as happening back in High School and College. He does not, however, admit to free basing crack cocaine as recently as 1999.
You know…I have no idea if this situation is just some guy with a loose screw piping off or if this needs to be further pursued…but Larry Sinclair has submitted himself to a polygraph test and has requested that Barack Obama do the same. Sinclair is very precise in his account and seems to remember a lot of detail of what went on those few evenings.
If this event is a non-issue or is completely false…why hasn’t the Barack Obama team flat out denied the allegations and offered proof that this man Larry Sinclair is insane! Why would Sinclair file a lawsuit against both the Democratic Party and Barack Obama in the federal courts of our nation?

Obama’s Accuser Releases Hotel Records
Larry Sinclair, the Minnesota man who claims he used drugs and had a sexual encounter with Sen. Barack Obama in 1999, has released records to Big Head DC, which indicate that he was staying in a hotel in Gurnee, Illinois on November 3, 1999 through November 6, 1999. His hotel reservation was made through Choice Hotels International central reservations, with a confirmation number 78096854.

“The limo and bar charges are on Visa card issued by Associates National Bank of Wilmington, Delaware (which was bought out by CitiBank in 2000) monthly statement closing date of November 15, 1999,” Sinclair told Big Head DC on Wednesday via e-mail. “Card number 4621-2001-3393-5533 … Citi Group has been contacted and is researching for those statements.”
Added Sinclair, “For any of you who think you know that I do not have any receipts, witnesses, think again.”
Big Head DC reported earlier on Wednesday that Obama was absent from the Illinois General Assembly on November 4, 1999 due to “personal business.” The fourth was a Thursday, and Obama wouldn’t have needed to be back at the General Assembly for several days thereafter.
