MANATEE COUNTY - Prosecutors are moving ahead with a case against one of two 93-year-old men picked up during undercover prostitution stings.
In the case of Frank Milio, prosecutors have issued subpoenas and plan to take him to trial in April.
I find it HARD to believe that prosecutors would prosecute this case based on the fact that they lack of hung over prima fascia evidence plus the fact Frank was a little short on money that day because he didn’t receive his stimulus check yet.
But at least I know one thing about my new found hero, he doesn’t suffer from Alzheimer’s’ Disease because he can still remember the last time many years ago.
Instead of prosecuting Frank I would nominate him for AARP’s poster-boy of the year or better yet, a Viagra commercial.
