Brian’s message…
All, (there is an army now - well over 1000 in this emailing alone) you are being blind cc’d so as to protect your email identities.
The launch of Brigade America was just announced on KSFO radio in San Francisco (6:45 a.m.PST), so there is no reason to not send you your alert too!

The website is up and running. We still will want to tweak it, so please feel free to comment- in the “contact us” tab. Don’t forget to email EVERYONE you know and give them the new link to the new website, and tell them to email everyone they know, and to tell them to do likewise. 1000 X 10 X 10 X 10 in just a few moments of your time we will have reached out to close to 1 million patriots.
Henceforth, email directly to our new email address brigadeamerica@brigadeamerica.com rather than to me at either MDG.com or cox.net. Don’t worry, I will see and read those emails and we will try and respond to as many as humanly possible.

Latest Word on the Berkeley City Council vs. the U.S. Marines
Background: On January 29th of this year, the Berkeley, CA passed a resolution that mirrored the anti-American sentiment of this community that has long been a bastion of communism in America. In the resolution, they proposed to tell the Marines that their downtown Berkeley recruiting station was not welcome and that if recruiters chose to stay, they would do so as uninvited and unwelcome guests. A couple of days later, businessman Brian Dennard wrote a letter that called upon the Council to apologize or be held accountable for their irresponsible actions. Angry reaction and responses to the Council supporting the Dennard letter caused the same Council to rescind their letter, but they offered no apology. As a result, an economic boycott of Berkeley businesses has ensued.
For those that may not be current with the latest happenings in Berkeley, CA and the desire of the City Council to do battle with the U.S. Marines, I thought I’d pass along some related reading. For what is probably the most up to date and diligent coverage of the events, tap into www.TheAbsurdReport.com on a regular basis – because it is a veritable certainty that you will not find a speck of news coverage in the mainstream media on this evolving story. And that, I would offer, is for two primary reasons. First, aside from the fact that the MSM has a natural inclination and bias favoring any person or group that holds a loathsome posture towards the military, the last thing they want to do (particularly in this election year) is stir up the passions of conservatives – and the best way for them to do that is keep it out of the news. Secondly and just as importantly, it is not an issue that the MSM wants to have publicized, as that might force the elicitation of responses from two of America’s currently most anti-military proponents, Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama – that, after all, would be political quicksand for these two socialists.

The first amendment to our U.S. Constitution represents a cherished and powerful freedom – the freedom of speech. The breadth of its power also, unfortunately, creates the potential to cause its own undoing. The very people such as the Berkeley City Council and the thousands of other left-wing militants who detest our military, our culture, our religious beliefs, our freedoms, our morals, and our national sovereignty are able to thrive under the first amendment. The answer is not, however, to restrict their freedom of speech. The answer is to use a weapon of irony – to use the power of free enterprise and capitalism under which they have ironically thrived but, in theory, hated. These opponents of our military and proponents of socialist and communist forms of government need to feel the pain brought on by those of us who are adamant in defending the honor and integrity of our military – the very people who, in turn, defend our freedoms and sovereignty as a nation under God. Too many Americans have given and devoted their very lives to create and uphold the freedoms upon which this country was founded. For that reason alone, we cannot and should not tolerate the erosion and perversion of freedoms and values as demonstrated by the likes of the Berkeley City Council.
America’s silent majority cannot afford to be silent any longer – we need to take a stand and to take meaningful actions – whether that be through boycotts, more truthful and enlightened communications, or the ballot box. There are too many Berkeley City councils, Barack Hussein Ombamas, Hillary Clintons, Harry Reids, Nancy Pelosi’s, Dick Durbins, Ted Kennedys, Bill Clintons, Al Gores, Chuck Schumers, media journalists, and more that thrive upon and depend upon that very silence. It is incumbent upon us to realize that the freedoms and values that we enjoy are not guaranteed – it is not only foreign terrorists of whom we should be aware, but also those of the aforementioned who are eroding what we value - from within.

Producers of California Wine, Agricultural, and Food Products:
You are all hopefully aware of the recent shameful conduct of the Berkeley City Mayor and Council in their treatment of the U.S. Marines in their city. To be specific, the Mayor and Council voted to advise the Marines they were no longer welcome in Berkeley and that they should leave. To add insult to injury, they also awarded to a embarrassing and fanatical anti-military group, Code Pink, permanent parking space for heckling purposes, directly in front of the Marine establishment.
I, in honoring the military veterans that have fought, bled, and sometimes died in protecting this Nation and all for which it stands, take great offense at this Berkeley-encouraged insult to our fellow fighting men and women. But I know that words are cheap and too easily ignored. Therefore, I intend to distribute emails that very strongly request that all our military organizations, representing millions of honorable veterans, active military, and their families BOYCOTT CALIFORNIA PRODUCTS. I believe that this direct impact upon your business earnings and livelihoods will serve to encourage your pressure on the Berkeley City Council to formally apologize for its shameful and ill-conceived conduct towards the U.S. Marines.
In supporting this message, I also will purchase no wine, dairy, or agricultural product of any type that is grown, produced, or exported by the State of California as long as the City of Berkeley goes forward with their ban of the United States Marine Corps in occupying a building that they have lawfully leased. I will continue to boycott all of your products as long as the City of Berkeley permits the extreme left-wing group, Code Pink, to picket the Marine office.
You, as a powerful lobby in your state, owe a debt of gratitude to the men and women who have served and died for our country. You owe it to their memory and sacrifices to put pressure on the City of Berkeley to let the Marine Corps do what they have a legal right to do.
I trust that you fully comprehend the importance of this message and that you will lend your assistance to right this unpatriotic wrong.
A sincere American,

Move America Forward’s Melanie Morgan cut from KSFO, vows to continue conservative activism
Move America Forward’s Melanie Morgan is one of my favorite conservative activists. She’s led countless battles against anti-military goons in the San Francisco Bay Area, traveled to Iraq to bring thank you letters to our servicemen and servicewomen on the front lines, and crossed the country to lead rallies in Washington, D.C. countering the Soros mob.
Word came down today that she has been let go from her talk show gig at KSFO by Citadel Radio. Ever the trooper, she vows to continue her work:
