America, you took the bait, now comes the switch

I like many others misread the American Public and their wishes for the future of the country. Probably the worst mistake I made was thinking with heart instead of my head. I held out to the very end thinking that John McCain had a path to victory because in my heart I believed that my fellow Americans would come to their senses and reject a path to Marxism.

So I guess I can be relegated to called, “One naive Dumb Bastard.”
Needless to say but I must, my worst fears have become reality. The country has made a hard left turn and have traded in “Freedom and Liberty” for a free lunch. In reality nothing comes for free because somewhere and someone eventually will pay a price for that free lunch.
As I watched the Obama victory celebration in the park on Election Night, a quarter of million of my fellow Americans weeping with tears of joy once again they took the bait. They again failed to listen what their “Chosen One” said.

Very few of the minions present paid any attention to Obama’s words because he just told them they he can’t deliver on his many campaign promises.
Obama is the master of speaking in platitudes for what else can explain why 60 million minions voted for “Change” without knowing what that change might encompass and now that they have given him the power of the throne, now comes the switch.
if anyone were paying any attention to what Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Rangel, Schumer, etc, have been saying over the last year, they should realize that on the major issues of the day, liberals are determined to take the nation down a hard left path that will, in the words of Obama, “fundamentally transform” America.

…all wealth and money belongs to the government and they will use the tool of taxation to achieve this end. The average American will be an indentured servant to the state and their only function will be to provide goods and services as needed by the state.
The road ahead will be a very rocky one and the real loser in this election is our way of life. It very well may mean, The Age of Prosperity is over.
Today the fight for self preservation begins because We the People have no choice.

The American People have fallen prey to the ‘tenets’ of Socialism and all this talk about Obama may govern from the center is just that…all talk because he has been bred, educated and a confirmed believer of the socialistic tenets.
And forget all the B.S. about the Democrats reaching across the aisle in the name of bipartisanship because there is no need too, they have unlimited power.

One Big Question: How the heck do we fight with a Democrat Congress and President who lies through his teeth? The Republican party has NO leadership. Instead, they are busy eating their own - the only light in the McCain campaign - Sarah Palin.
I see Michael Reagan has a new site, telling us he’s going to fight - but he wants our money to do so. Sorry, I’m feeling very depressed and absolutely disheartened. You weren’t the only person on planet earth that had more misplaced faith in the American people. But then, the truth is, McCain deserved to lose especially after I see what his campaign staff is doing now.
