The Absurd Report

Many on the Right have taken a good chunk out of Ann Coulter’s backside and suggested that she apologize for her remarks at the CPAC Convention, the Conservatives ho-down in Washington D.C. last week when she referred to John Edwards as a “faggot.”

Now maybe Ann’s bile was a bit off the charts and that is for each’s own to decide but in this day and age of gutter politics ‘faggot’ seems a bit mild compared to what I have heard the left call George Bush throughout the last six years. Liar, Murder, Idiot, Warmonger, Stupid, Hikter, Nazi to name a few.

So following this comes the usual liberal mantra, demanding an apology from Ann for her remarks.

Here from Howard Dean …..

Democratic Party boss Howard Dean demanded that Republican presidential candidates denounce conservative columnist Ann Coulter after she referred to Democratic presidential hopeful John Edwards as a ‘faggot’ during a speech Friday at a national conservative gathering.

All we have here is a lame attempt by Dean, a moron, (No apology for my remark) by trying to bring the Republican candidates into the controversy.

Then we have Bill Maher, a liberal flame thrower saying that the “Bomb Was Wasted” referring to the unsuccessful assassination attempt on VP Dick Cheney in Afghanistan.

How this for a liberal response…..

My opinion on this is, Free Speech is free speech, the same Free speech rights that allows Ann Coulter to run her mouth and call John Edwards a “faggot”, is the same free speech rights that allows Bill Maher to say what he said. So, either deal with it, or turn off the TV. End of Story.- From a liberal claiming to be a moderate.

If that is the case then why are the Libs demanding an apology? The difference here is one is a Republican and the other is a Democrat. Now I am not here to condemn nor defend Ann Coulter as she is more than capable to defend herself but rather to tell Republicans get off their knees every time the Democrats yell…apology!

This whole apology game does not have one bit of sincerity to it, it just politics as usual. And if I was Ann I would borrow a line from Dick Cheney who told that slime ball (No apology for my remark) Senator Patrick Leahy to all ‘F–k Off.’

SideBear: And to the liberal Virginia Legislature who unanimously approved a resolution apologizing for slavery. I assume that these idiots (No apology for my remark) freed their slaves; well they must have had slaves or what did apologize for?

But I will apologize to my readers for the tirade I had here, but it sure makes me feel better to let it out once in a while.
