The Absurd Report

It appears that Undocumented workers illegal immigrants and their cultural leaders are planning to boycott on May 1, 2006. Apparently they truly believe that this will cause some discomfort to the rest of us. I am reminded of when congress shut down during the Clinton admistration. Do you remember what happened? Me neither.

I imagine I’ll still get my mail. I won’t go hungry. Traffic going to work may be eased slightly. I have to say, this is a stupid idea. Do illegal immigrants really believe that we give two turds about whether or not they show up at work, or go shopping? Maybe if they boycott long enough, gas prices will lower some.

To the illegal boycotters, I unplug my nose at you, I fart in your general direction, you stuffy illegal kinigits! (With all apologies to the Monty Python guys) You like to beat your chest about how hard working and law abiding you are, so you prove it by coming to this country illegally so you can take off work to boycott. Lazy bastards!

Well, to make sure that I in no way assist this boycott, I’ll be liveblogging the boycott, and keeping my readers abreast of what effect it has. After I do the the dream interpretations, of course.
