Liberal lament….”Oh No! not Alito” by the Bear

Probably the most inspiring statement I head this morning was from Senator Minority Leader Harry Reid, who warned President Bush not to pick Judge Samuel Alito as his Supreme Court nominee.
When ’Dirty Harry’ doesn’t like someone for the nomination, conservatives can take it like music to their ears. Right now Uncle Teddy and the Senior Junior Senator from New York, Chuckie Schumer are suffering from a severe case of acute indigestion.
To borrow a phase from today’s article by the Cowboy, Bush got a mulligan on Miers and mulligans don’t count. Bush heard his conservative base and now has delivered them a ‘Scalito’, a true died in the wool conservative.
The conservative family fight is over and it is time to rally behind the President’s nominee because the pending hearings promise to be a blood bath. It is time to show the Libs we mean business and don’t mess with our family.
If this nomination proves one point and that point is We the People can have a voice in the process if we speak out.
